Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of App Store Analyst, provided by Ali Ebrahimi. By creating an account or authorizing the ChatGPT connection, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may connect only App Store Connect accounts and data that you are authorized to access.

2. The service

App Store Analyst provides read-only tools for App Store Connect app metadata, downloads, sales and proceeds, customer reviews, version states, period comparisons, and health summaries. It does not reply to reviews, publish releases, change app metadata, manage pricing, or perform any other App Store write action.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining a strong password, keeping your devices secure, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Use a least-privileged App Store Connect Team API key and revoke it in App Store Connect when it is no longer needed. Never send a private key, Apple ID password, two-factor code, access token, or service password through ChatGPT or support email.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to access another party's data without authorization, violate law or Apple's terms, probe or bypass security controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious content, or resell access in a misleading or unlawful way.

5. Data accuracy and professional decisions

Apple reports may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or unavailable. Returned review averages can describe only the bounded sample shown. Currency values are kept separate and are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Verify important decisions against App Store Connect and your own professional advisers.

6. Third-party services

Your use of Apple App Store Connect, ChatGPT, AWS, and other third-party services remains subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or data accuracy.

7. Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued, including for maintenance, security, legal, or third-party platform reasons. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of any particular feature.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service, disconnect the Apple credential, or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material violation of these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the service handles personal data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service where reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
